OASIS Project Update
As previously mentioned on our website, PSRS/PEERS contracted with Sagitec Solutions in March of 2010 to assist with our OASIS (Online Automated System Integration Solution) implementation. The OASIS Employer Web Portal (EWP) will replace EMERS. As of February, 2011, Phase 1 - which includes most of the Employer Reporting design - is in the process of being completed. PSRS/PEERS is scheduled to “go-live” with OASIS in 2013. As an employer, you may be interested in the following information:
- PSRS/PEERS will be working with the different payroll software providers, and specific employers (for custom built payroll software), to begin development of the new payroll reporting file to be used in OASIS. The new file type is .CSV (Character Separated Value) – with the specific character set as a tilde (~).
- PSRS/PEERS is still in the initial planning phase for Employer training. As soon as more information is available, you will be notified.
- If you have changed payroll software in the past few years and have not notified our office, please contact your Employer Services Representative (ESR) at your earliest convenience and provide them with the company name and contact information. This will assist us in reaching all payroll software providers regarding the file changes. You may also contact Tasha Owens as indicated below.
